Are you ready to get back into working out and don’t know where to start?
This full body, all body weight program is a great way to get back into the routine!
You will get strength work and higher intensity conditioning work in this 4 week, 3 day per week program.
Each of the 3 days will be a full body workout with a variety of different exercises that you can do anywhere with just your body!
Each exercise will have a video to show you how to perform it, and there will be coach’s notes to help you understand how everything works.
