This program is a 6 week, 4 day per week program that includes 2 full body strength days and 2 interval days. You can complete this program with only 2 dumbbells, however more options of different weights is better.
This program can be done by beginners or anyone who is a veteran in the fitness world. This program is designed to get you stronger and overall more fit. Perfect timing for the tank top season coming up!
