Do you have an at home gym, or maybe a commercial gym membership and have trouble deciding what workout to do everyday?
Well, now you can stop thinking! I have put together a 6 week Strength and Conditioning program that will provide you with 4 days of workouts per week.
This program is called “FIt and Ready” and it will allow you to become just that.
There will be two full strength days and two full conditioning and core days, with one being longer endurance and one being shorter interval work. You will need equipment such as Dumbbells or Kettlebells and a barbell if you prefer for the strength days. You will need a machine such as a bike, rower, ski erg, treadmill (UNLESS you are able to run outside) on the conditioning days.
All of the exercises have videos showing what they are and there will be some notes explaining how to do them.
